RemoteHome is a free remote control utility, with which you can access the data in your PC from anywhere, via the Internet and the FTP protocol. RemoteHome is the ideal program for sharing files from your PC with your friends, as the only thing you need is an Internet connection.

Once RemoteHome is working, you can access your PC via any browser or FTP client, using ftp://YOURADDRESS.IP. RemoteHome offers a high level of security and privacy, with a username, password and access to files and folders. It also lets you restrict access to IP ranges. RemoteHome can also be configured to run automatically at a predefined time, and send the actual IP address to any email address.
